Privacy

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking.

When you buy, Stripe processes your payment and collects your name, email, delivery address and card details on our behalf. We receive your name, email and delivery address so we can post your order and contact you about it. We don't receive your card details.

To deliver your order we give your name and address to the delivery service (normally Royal Mail). Our order records are kept in our own systems: our web host (Railway) and our sales spreadsheet (Google Sheets). These companies store the data for us and don't use it for their own purposes.

We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires (normally six years), and we never sell or share your details for marketing. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, using the contact details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Stripe's own privacy policy explains how it handles payment data: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
