How I grade items
Every item has two parts to its condition: whether it works, and how it looks. The photos are always of the actual item, so any marks mentioned are in them.
How it works
- Tested and working
- Checked at home before listing. The description says what was tested.
- Not tested
- Not checked. It may or may not work, and is priced to reflect that.
- For parts or repair
- Not working, or not tested. Sold for spares or for someone who can fix it. Priced to reflect that.
- New, unused
- Never used. Sold as it came.
How it looks
- Like new
- No marks you'd notice at arm's length.
- Good
- Light signs of use, such as small scuffs or scratches. Shown in the photos.
- Fair
- Obvious wear: scratches, marks or fading. Shown in the photos.
