Delivery

We post to UK addresses only. Items are dispatched within one working day of payment, using a tracked or signed-for service where the item's value calls for it. The postage cost is shown on each item before you buy.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. Tell us that you want to cancel, by email or using the cancellation form (you don't have to use it), then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price you paid and the standard postage cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it).

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of posting it back. Please pack it carefully: we may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than needed to check it.

Faulty or not as described

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right with a full refund including return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
